Rental Eligibility
At Whimsy Retreats LLC, we aim to provide a hassle-free RV rental experience to all our customers. To rent an RV from us, you must be at least 25 years old and possess a valid driver’s license. For international renters, a valid passport and an International Driving Permit (IDP) are required. Additionally, a security deposit is required at the time of booking, which will be refunded after the vehicle is returned in good condition.
Booking and Cancellations
Booking an RV with Whimsy Retreats LLC is done by sending us an email with your information or by simply calling our customer service for more information. We recommend booking well in advance, especially during peak seasons, to secure your preferred vehicle. A non-refundable booking fee is required to confirm your reservation. If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 14 days prior to your scheduled pick-up date to avoid additional charges. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the rental date will incur a fee equivalent to one day's rental rate. No-shows and cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental date will be charged the full rental amount.
Usage and Maintenance
We take pride in maintaining our RVs to the highest standards to ensure a safe and enjoyable journey for our customers. Renters are responsible for returning the RV in the same condition as it was received. This includes regular checks on tire pressure, oil levels, and other essential maintenance tasks. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the RV, and any signs of smoking will result in forfeiture of the security deposit. Pets are allowed in designated pet-friendly RVs, but an additional cleaning fee may apply.
